Wietje, the white girl in the country of colours

In their production "Wietje - the white girl in the land of colours", the four musicians from Flautando Köln tell the story of the white Wietje, who one day finds herself in a colourful landscape and is completely overwhelmed by Mr Rose Red, Madame Blueberry and Miss Sunshine Yellow in this world of colours.
In a magical performance perfectly tailored to the needs of the young audience, the children go on an exciting journey of discovery with Wietje and, surrounded by a fantastic stage set, not only get to know a world of colours, but above all immerse themselves in a world full of sounds and music with the musicians and their numerous different recorders.
Each of the colourful figures has their own melody in the spectrum of Antonio Vivaldi, John Playford, Johann Christian Schickhardt or Marco Uccellini and thus becomes a recognisable feature for the children. But more than that: the young and old listeners are interactively involved in the concert, become part of the story, sing, laugh, marvel, cheer and dance along enthusiastically ... and you can still hear them singing outside the concert hall!
